• Bookings are subject to our Cancellation & No-Show Policy as displayed on the booking page.
• Appointments are only confirmed once you receive an automated confirmation notification by email or SMS.
• We reserve the right to decline or cancel bookings at our discretion, in which case any payment collected will be refunded.

4. Payments

Online payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your full card details on our servers. By completing a payment on this Site you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service. Prices displayed are in USD and include all applicable charges unless stated otherwise.

Tip amounts added during checkout are voluntary and non-refundable once processed.

5. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Our full cancellation, no-show, and late-arrival policies are displayed on the booking page. By completing a booking you confirm you have read and accepted those policies. In summary:

• Cancellations or reschedule requests require at least 24 hours' notice.
• No-show fees may be charged automatically for missed or late-cancelled appointments.
• Clients arriving 15 or more minutes late may be asked to reschedule and may incur the applicable no-show fee.

6. Pricing

Service prices displayed on this Site are base estimates only. Final pricing may vary depending on the complexity, time, or product requirements of your service and will be confirmed at the time of checkout in the salon.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, photographs, graphics, logo, and booking software — is the property of Helena at SoBella Salon or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without our prior written consent.

8. Gallery & Photography

Images displayed in our gallery are of real clients and have been shared with consent. You may not copy, download, or republish gallery images without explicit written permission from Helena at SoBella Salon.
